The "Arranger's Weekend" ties together many of the individual services and ministries represented in this web site. There are many formats that can be designed, to meet the needs of the church or the available schedule. A "full" weekend might go as follows:

Friday evening: Choir banquet
(I will provide entertainment)

Saturday morning: Choir workshop I
(I will supply choral arrangements to be used)

Saturday afternoon: Accompanist workshop (area accompanists could be invited to join them)

Sunday morning: One choral piece from the workshop; one special music slot by me.

Sunday afternoon: Choir workshop II

Sunday evening: Joint concert by choir and me.

There are so many variations possible, it's best just to discuss what would work for your situation. Incidentally, my wife can also be involved as a speaker at a special women's banquet that same weekend, should you desire, or in a Sunday morning women's rally.
